Our Philosophy
We have been a Healing Arts Practice in Flagstaff, Arizona for 35+ years. We have come to realize "Healing is a Journey" unique to each individual. We have been fortunate to work with thousands of people over our working career. We have gained a lot of wisdom from those who have shared their healing journey with us.
We specialize in helping you find relief from headaches, jaw, face, neck, shoulder, back, hip and extremity pain. We are trained in: Trigger Point Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Active Assisted Stretching, Prenatal Massage and Energy Healing.
We are here to listen to you and assist you in figuring out your own path to health and healing. A large part of our approach is to share with you self-care techniques to empower you with knowledge about how to help yourself whenever you are in need of some relief.
