My Philosophy
A Healing Journey Therapeutic Massage has been a Healing Arts Practice in Flagstaff, Arizona for 36+ years. I have come to realize "Healing is a Journey" unique to each individual. I have been fortunate to work with thousands of people over my working career. I have gained a lot of wisdom from those who have shared their healing journey with me.
I specialize in helping you find relief from headaches, jaw, face, neck, shoulder, back, hip and extremity pain. I am trained in: Trigger Point Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Active Assisted Stretching, Prenatal Massage and Energy Healing.
I am here to listen to you and assist you in figuring out your own path to health and healing. A large part of my approach is to share with you self-care techniques to empower you with knowledge about how to help yourself whenever you are in need of some relief. I am here to serve you as you become more comfortable in your body so you are better able to function at your full potential in all aspects of life and living.
