Did you know that animal sourced foods have some the most bioavailable (Bioavailability is defined as the extent to which nutrients can be absorbed and utilized by the body) nutrients of any food source? Eating nose-to-tail gives you an amzing amount of vitamins and minerals. But what about CAFO's (concentrated animal feeding operation)? What about regenerative ranching? Good questions!
With the lack of seasonality of vegetables, many plant anti-nutrients and toxins build up in our bodies and cause harm. What about monoagriculture and pesticides? What is organic anyways? Aren't you suppose to eat our fruits and vegetables? Good questions!
Where do we go
I have personally explored Veganism, Vegetarianism, the Paleo Diet, the Keto Diet, the Keto-Green Diet and the Carnivore Diet. I have reached an understanding that has "rocked my world," literally! I am grateful for having an open and curious mind.
What all these camps have in common is the philosophy that:

Very Disruptive to Your Health.
The impacts vary depending on the individual.

Making sence of the Nutritional Journey
During this process I clarify misconceptions and educate you about what is good for YOU to eat as an individual. My goal is to help you feel your best with a simple approach to your diet. There is No Calorie Counting with myapproach. When you are eating foods that are nourishing and satiating you will learn the "signs" of having enough of the right kinds of food.
If the Dietary and Life Style recommendations are not enough on their own I have the ability to run Adrenal, Gastro-Intestinal, Food Sensitivity and Hormone Panels to gain insight into your unique health situation. I want to understand "Your Big Picture" so that together we can get to the source of your own health challenge. Usually the change in diet and life style is all that is needed to to correct many imbalances.
I do not diagnose or treat any disease.
My emphasis is on educating you about what a Nutrient Rich Diet is. I may recommend, temporarily, a nutritional supplement like HCL and electrolytes (many supplements are just a scam). When the right diet is being eaten along with proper electrolytes, no further supplementaiton is really needed.
The goal is to use healthy foods as "medicine".
