"I arrived in Flagstaff with a 4 month old sciatica problem that was addressed by a local surgeon, PT professional 2 x weekly, masseuse, chiropractor 3 times a week and I remained in pain, unable to walk my dog for his 3 mile walk 2x a day , had given up daily care of my 2 grandchildren ages 3&5. And was in pain daily. Pain Medication was not stopping the excruciating pain . I was feeling hopeless. I could barely get on Scott’s table. When I got off the table I was shocked to find I was not in the pain of the last 4 months. The shooting burning, numbing, pain was gone. I could lean over and not have fire running under and over my legs and feet. I could sit in the car briefly without pain… I was able to go to Buffalo Park for a short walk with my dog and family for the first time in 4 months. For me the experience was a Divine Intervention- a MIRACLE! I am 76 and my husband 83. We are on one of our summer journeys to see places and those we love. Individual Approach
I have had massage work with both Scott Nicholson and Juana Ayers over the past 18 years. Both are creative and gifted healers. My only regret is that I do not live closer to get be able to get regular work from either of them. I know that they are very committed to continuing education and their own evolution on the planet. This is a tremendous benefit to those of us who go to them for healing. Both Scott and Juana are knowledgeable, in tune healers, with years of experience and training. I have received excellent, thoughtful massage work from them and I would highly recommend either of these gifted massage therapists!

Thank you Thank you Thank you so much Juana for making yourself available to us on our weekend retreat. The energy was amazing. I would give you more stars if I had the option to.
8/21/2013I was surprised to a massage during our office retreat in Flagstaff. What could be bad about that?! Juana was fantastic! She has a lot of experience working with/on dentists and hygienist and was able to pinpoint my areas of discomfort better than most therapists I have had. Her knowledge of the body was vast and I learned quite a bit from her! It was an excellent experience! The next time I visit Flagstaff I will be seeking her out!
9/27/2012I went to Juana while I was on vacation in Flagstaff and training for a marathon. My fiancé and I heard of Juana through some online research, so we decided to go get a massage from her. We both have had multiple massages before and did not know what to expect. We called to make an appointment and they were very accommodating. We both wanted to have a massage, but Juana had only one last hour of the day open. She stayed an extra hour so we both could get a massage from her. It left a very good impression... The massage was different from any other massage that I had as she focuses on trigger point therapy. It was VERY VERY GOOD... I felt very relaxed. My leg pain from running went away... I wish she lived in Chicago so I could go often.I HIGHLY recommend Juana.
